OPINION — One of the first things President Trump should do when he enters office again, is to direct the Department of Justice to seek Indictments against any and all State Governors and State Legislators who have aided and abetted illegal immigration.

Sanctuary cities, legal defense funds, free state Medicaid, food-stamp and other benefits are all “aiding” and inducing illegals to remain here despite the fact these state officials KNEW the people were here illegally.
State office holders do not have legal immunity from federal law.
For years, these people have directed money and changed state laws to assist people they KNOW are here illegally, to remain here. Driver licenses are one example.
Each and every Governor and state Legislator who voted for money to be used to aid and abet people here unlawfully, should be Indicted, arrested, and tried. If convicted, they should be imprisoned.
THAT will instantly put a halt to these so-called “Sanctuary cities” and even New Jersey’s $2 Million fund to pay for legal defense of persons here illegally. LOCK THEM ALL UP.
